For the period of martial law, the hotel does not accept guests
and does not provide accommodation services.

The pool, gym and sauna are open till curfew.

- for residents of Ukraine without a travel list in the amount of 0.5% of the minimum wage, which is 32,50 UAH. per day per person;

- for non-residents of the country in the amount of 1% of the minimum wage, which is 65,00 UAH. per day per person.

Please, pay attention to the terms of payment and booking rules

  • A priority for accommodation in the hotel is assigned to people with confirmed room reservation. All the other guests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Room reservation is deemed confirmed after the Client’s receiving a confirmation for room reservation in oral or written form from the hotel administration. 
    • If reservation is not assured by the company or prepayment, the reservation of a room is remained until 6:00 pm. of the check-in date. In case one doesn’t check-in till 6:00 pm. the reservation is cancelled and the Guest is accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • To get a right for accommodation a Guest must show one of the following documents at reception: passport (civil or foreign), identity card, military service ticket, or other document executed in due order and confirming a person’s identity.

    A Guest must fill in a registration card and give it to the reception manager together with the above-stated document to register accommodation.

    • accommodation of your choice;
    • buffet breakfast;
    • parking at the hotel;
    • Internet access (Wi-Fi);
    • Swimming pool attendance (from 8:00 am. till 10:00 pm.)
    • Gym attendance (from 5:00 am. till 22:00 pm.)

    Your room will be ready on the day of your arrival from 14.00 а.m. onwards

    Check-out time: 12 noon.

    • Early check-in before 6.00 a.m. without breakfast – 75 % of the room rate is payable.
    • Early check-in before 6.00 a.m. with breakfast included – 100 % of the room rate is payable.
    • Early check-in between 6.00 a.m. and  12.00 a.m. without breakfast – 50% of the room rate is payable.
    • Early check-in between 6.00 a.m. and  12.00 a.m. with breakfast included – 100% of the room rate is payable.
    • Late check-out between 12.00 noon and 12.00 p.m. an hourly rate of 10% of the price of a hotel room is payable.

    Children under the age of 6 are allowed to stay with their parents for free, with no extra beds provided. 

    The hotel offers competitive rates and discounts for regular guests, partners and tourist groups.

    Terms of payment:

    • Payment must due upon arrival.
    • Price for accommodation is placed at reception desk, as well as on the hotel website www. alex-hotel.com.ua.
    • Payment is due in hryvnias (UAH). We accept cash, bank transfer payments and bank cards: Visa, Master Card.
